Blubilds – drawing diagrammatic stains

چکیده
This project adopts the concept of a dance diagram such as Andy Warhol’s Fox Trot (1962) introduced by Rosalind Krauss in her writing on relationship material forces diagrammatic structure to create model notation with actions and objects derived from Edgelands. Coined Marion Shoard, Edgelands are post-industrial cityscapes, typology abandon, dereliction decay. Shoard notes these sites characterized creative cultural practices photography graffiti; urban explorers, parkour. My Blubilds aimed challenge parkour graffiti provoke new engagement those sites. To this end, I apply Krauss’s resistant gravity adapted Formless: A User’s Guide (). Gravity is force undoing remake spaces – draw my body equipment facilitate within space. contrasts Graffiti breaks existing activities tag, mark leave trace live embodied diagram, based movement patterns found Edgeland sites, since ‘action’ line body. Tim Ingold’s approach drawing informs perspective that lines (in) place engage lived narratives places. Ingold suggests make created entangled movement; furthermore, ‘draw out’ Douglas phrase ‘draws-out’ spaces. Blue emblematic nod ‘rude noise, blueprint acts Graffiti’, it becomes dynamic stain.

Diagrammatic Student Models: Modeling Student Drawing Performance with Deep Learning
Recent years have seen a growing interest in the role that student drawing can play in learning. Because drawing has been shown to contribute to students’ learning and increase their engagement, developing student models to dynamically support drawing holds significant promise. To this end, we introduce diagrammatic student models, which reason about students’ drawing trajectories to generate a...
متن کامل“Drawing Illusions” – a case study in the incorrectness of diagrammatic reasoning
In “Something to Reckon With” [6], a system for diagramming syllogistic inferences using straight line segments is presented (see also Englebretsen [5]). In the light of recent research on the representational power of diagrammatic representation systems (Lemon and Pratt [12, 13]) we point out some problems with the proposal, and indeed, with any proposal for representing logically possible sit...

Chemical studies have been carried out on the interaction of DNA with uranyl salts. The effect of variations in pH, salt concentration, and structural integrity of the DNA on the stoichiometry of the salt-substrate complex have been investigated. At pH 3.5 DNA interacts with uranyl ions in low concentration yielding a substrate metal ion complex with a UO(2) (++)/P mole ratio of about (1/2) and...
متن کاملDiagrammatic Autarchy
This paper explores the notion of autarchy of diagrammatic notations for logic debated in the Germanspeaking world of the 18-century, especially as applied to linear diagrams invented by G. W. Leibniz and J. H. Lambert. Keywords— linear diagrams; autarchy; Leibniz; Lambert; Ploucquet
متن کاملDiagrammatic Proofs
Diagrammatic reasoning comprises phenomena that range from the so-called "free-rides" (e.g. almost immediate understanding of visually perceived relationships) to conventions about tokens. Such reasoning must involve cognitive processes that are highly perceptual in content. In the domain of mathematical proofs where diagrams have had a long history, we have an opportunity to investigate in det...
